Every now and again, Dave's love of good ol' rock-n-roll will take over and he feels compelled to throw down some artwork for hard working (and broke) bands.

Two "new" blasts from Dave's past!

At left is his first ever actual record cover done for the seminal 80's metal/thrash/hardcore/punk band from Maryland - Rancid Decay. This LP was actually some old demo's and recordings from the 80's, re-issued finally into vinyl form. Featuring Metal Matt Crocco (foremerly of Ironboss), doing an illustration like this was a life long dream for Dave come true!

Below is another CD front/back cover long thought lost that Dave did for the "A Fist Full of Rock-n-Roll" compilations put together by Electric Frankenstein's Sal Canzonieri and released on Devil Doll Records. Dave did this back in 2000 and never thought he would see the final product printed.

Above are some CD cover illustrations for 2 of the best bands alive. On the left is the cover for the Ironboss "Rides Again" CD, and on the right the inner cover for "Hell Ain't A Bad Place To Be" AC/DC tribute CD. The devil illustration was also used as the cover for the Supersuckers/Zeke portion of the compilation's 7". Both done with colored pencil on board.

Below is the inner/outer CD covers for Underdogma's "Judge Not..." 2 CD 28 band comp. Colored pencil on board. The illustration on the left bares a striking resemblance to a younger Dave Waugh...

Below are the "Rock-N-Roll Au Go Go" CD comp. cover put out by Devil Doll records (left), and the Ironboss/Honkey split 7" record (right). The compilation CD features Speedealer, Upper Crust, High School Sweethearts and...you guessed it...Ironboss. Funny how Dave's stuff keeps popping up on Ironboss releases...as usual, colored pencil on board.

And freshly dug up from the early 90's are these 2 illustrations from the "Betty In Black" CD and the "Just Cause" 7" record. 2 deceased bands, 2 opposing musical styles...1 crappy cover artist. Colored pencil, and pencil on board.
