photos. That explains why he was featured in the "porno" tattoo magazine
Tabu Tattoo. This, and the fact that a growing trend of people ripping off (copying
line for line) his (and other artists) tattoos and getting them published as their
own was pissing him off. This article contained the "original"
tattoos done by him, as this mag published the "copies" in an earlier
issue. Dave is always mad at something. Especially when they write that he masturbates.

Mommies, hide your kids, pull down your shades, lock your doors, Dave Waugh is on a tattooing frenzy! Tattooing out of Jinx Proof in Washington, DC, he has done just about anything, and we do mean anything. His latest is a school girl with a strap on dildo, a few devil girls getting it on, and even Ariel the singing mermaid showing off her stuff. Dave doesn't mind tattooing naked chicks, usually his clients come to him with ideas and they tell him to, ". . .Just go wild". He asks they if they are sure, and if they are eighteen, if it's a big yes, then he just inks away! The only time he refuses to do a design is if it's a. ". . . dumb idea, and I've talked them out of it. Usually the people that ask for crazy stuff like that are already covered with tattoos and they know what they are getting into, I can't be their Daddy."
Inquiring if it felt kind of dirty tattooing a cartoon figure in the buff on a
man, he enlightened me with some Disney facts such as, ". . . some of those Disney
artists hide some nudity, in some of those movies now and again, they hide that
stuff once in a while." Dave just wonders who's finding all this stuff, "Who is
sittin' there flicking frame by frame, how do you find that, some guy (panting
